Event details
When is the ball?
The ball will be on Thursday, 1 December 2022 from 6:00pm until 9:30pm. You can start arriving from 5:30pm.
Where is the ball?
The Imagine What’s Possible Ball will be held at the iconic Brisbane City Hall.
How much is a ticket?
There are two ticket options:
- $240 for a table of 8 (saving you $5 per person) or
- $35 for a single ticket.
What is the dress code?
Dress to impress! Think long dresses, cocktail dresses, suits, ties – wear whatever feels fabulous and comfortable to you.
What should I bring with me to the event?
Make sure to bring your ticket (printed or digital copy). Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided before the event.
Where can I see the accessibility features of the venue?
Visit the Brisbane City Hall website to find information about the City Hall’s accessibility at City Hall.
Will there be an AUSLAN Interpreter present at the event?
If you require AUSLAN Interpreter services, please make sure to let us know when you register. You can also email us at imagineball@endeavour.com.au as soon as possible and we will coordinate this with you.
Guests
Can I bring a friend or family member that does not have a disability?
Absolutely! The Imagine What’s Possible Ball is for everyone.
Is this event only for people with disability?
No. You are welcome to invite freinds, family and supporters as your guests – to Kassidy’s Imagine What’s Possible Ball.
How many people can sit at a table?
A table seats 8 people.
Can I choose where and who I sit with?
If you buy a table, you will be seated with your guests. We cannot guarantee that you will be seated with your friends or family if you buy an individual ticket unless you buy multiple individual tickets.
What if I have dietary requirements?
When you purchase your ticket, make sure to inform us of any dietary requirements you have so we can accommodate you on the day.
You can also click the link provided in your confirmation email. Select Imagine What's Possible Ball. From here, you can let us know about your guests' dietary and accessibility requirements under "Special Notes".
Is this an 18 and over only event?
Yes, the Imagine What's Possible Ball is only open to people who are 18 and over.
Ticketing and payment
Can I purchase tickets over the phone?
No. We are currently only set up to take payment for tickets purchased online.
I am having trouble purchasing my ticket, who can I talk to?

How will I receive my ticket?
You will receive a confirmation email that you have purchased a seat or table.
You will also receive an email containing your ticket two weeks before the event.
Can I purchase tickets at the door/gate/entrance??
No. Tickets must be purchased at least three weeks before the event to make sure that we have enough time to cater to your dietary and/or accessibility requirements.
Please note there is a limited number of seats. Tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis. We encourage you to purchase your tickets as early as possible, so you don’t miss out.
If I purchase a table, do I need to know the names of all guests when booking?
No you don't need to tell us all your guests' details straight away. Once you have booked a table, you will receive a cofirmation email containing a link that will allow you to update your details or update the details of your guests.
Does the price of my ticket include alcoholic beverages?
No. Only non-alcoholic drinks are included in your ticket.
We will have a cash bar available on the night where you can purchase alcoholic beverages.
I have purchased tickets but no longer wish to attend, can I get a refund?
Refunds will be issued up until 4 weeks out from the event. No refunds will be issued within 4 weeks of the event. If you require a refund, please contact imagineball@endeavour.com.au.
I am unable to attend, can I send someone in my place?
Of course. You can make changes to your ticket up until 4 weeks out from the event. To make changes to your ticket purchase please contact imagineball@endeavour.com.au with your information and the information of the person who is attending in your place.
Parking and travel
Where can I park?
There are two car parks nearby in King George Square and Wickham Terrace. You can find more information in the Brisbane City Council website.
Can I get to the venue using public transport?
Yes. Brisbane City Hall is right in the middle of the city and walking distance from bus stops, train stations and ferry terminals. You can use Translink Journey Planner to find the best route for you.
During the event
Will I need to bring my ticket on the night?
Yes, please. We accept printed or digital copy.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive from 6:00pm onwards.
How will I know where I am sitting?
We will send you your ticket containing your table number two weeks before the event.
Will there be entertainment on the night?
Absolutely! We will announce our entertainers closer to the event. All we can say for now is that there will be music and lots of dancing!
If I feel overwhelmed, is there somewhere I go for some quiet time?
Yes, we will have a quiet room available where you can take a break from the main event.
Other
Will this event go ahead if COVID-19 restrictions are back in place?
Under current Queensland Health guidelines, the Imagine What’s Possible Ball will proceed. We will make sure to communicate any future restrictions or new COVID-19 information with you.
Do I need to be vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend the ball?
We are following the Queensland Government health advice which means that guests will no longer need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
