Your support helps create connection, confidence, and belonging

Best friends Janaya Pascoe and Katie Temple have found more than just a job — they’ve found each other.

When Janaya started at Endeavour Foundation team at Wacol, she was shy and unsure. Now, with encouragement from her coaches and teammates, she’s proudly training as a Line Assistant, helping to guide her team through each busy day.

“Taking on more responsibility and learning new skills has helped me mature. I feel more confident. I’m really proud of myself,” says Janaya.

Right beside her is Katie, cheering her on every step of the way. After facing her own challenges, Katie has rediscovered her confidence and set her sights on earning her own Beige Hat as a Line Assistant in training.

“Now, I smile every day. Janaya and I, we’re taking it one goal at a time. Anything is possible here,” says Katie.

With your support this Christmas, more people like Janaya and Katie can gain skills, confidence and connections that last far beyond the festive season. That’s a gift you can’t wrap.

Donate $50 or more this Christmas and you could receive a limited-edition Christmas ornament

This year, we’re continuing our Christmas ornament tradition with a new design from QArt Studio artist Mya Wilson, a proud Wurundjeri artist whose work celebrates connection, story and community.

Her piece, ‘Lines of the Land’, celebrates the beauty of Australia’s landscape through colour and form.

When you donate $50 or more to the Endeavour Foundation this Christmas, you’ll receive this special ornament as our thank you for helping people with disability achieve their goals.

Only one per donor and stocks are limited so get in quick!

If you would like to receive this ornament before Christmas day, please make sure that your donations are in by Friday 12 December.

Presents come and go. But the most meaningful gifts can't be wrapped.

For many people with disability, opportunities to work, learn and connect don’t come easily. But with your help, Endeavour Foundation is changing that.

Your donation this Christmas supports employment programs that build skills, confidence and purpose. It means someone can take pride in their work, make friends and feel part of a community that values them.

Give before Christmas to help more people like Janaya and Katie take the next step toward independence — a gift that lasts long after the decorations are packed away.

Together, we can make this Christmas truly meaningful

Every Australian deserves the chance to live a good life — to work, contribute and be recognised for their achievements.

This Christmas, your generosity will help people with disability find the dignity, confidence and friendship that mean more than anything under the tree.

Spread the joy

A big thank you to our Supporters
