Do I need to host a BBQ?

Not at all! While a BBQ is a classic Aussie favourite, you can Cook Up anything, host a brunch, bake-off, pizza night, or even a morning tea. It’s up to you on how you would like to bring people together, it all counts.

Is there a registration fee?

Nope! It’s completely free to register. We’ll even send you a digital host pack with all the tools and tips you need to make your Endeavour Foundation Cook Up a success.

Where can I host the event?

Anywhere that works for you: your backyard, local park, office, community centre, or even virtually.

Where does the money go?

Funds raised through the Endeavour Foundation Cook Up will directly support upgrades to Kingaroy Kitchen, helping us expand operations so we can employ and train more people with disability. Every dollar sizzled makes a lasting difference.

How will this BBQ make an impact for people with disability?

Your Endeavour Foundation Cook Up helps fund opportunities for people with disability to build skills, gain meaningful employment, and grow their independence. It’s more than a meal, it’s a movement for inclusion and connection.

Is My Donation Tax-Deductible?

Yes, but only if made online through a registered fundraising page. All donations of $2 or more made online will receive an automatic tax receipt via email.

Please note: unfortunately, we cannot issue tax receipts for donations received via bank transfer or cash.

Can I host more than one Cook Up?

Absolutely! You can host as many Cook Ups as you like throughout October to December.

Whether it’s a sausage sizzle at work, a Sunday BBQ with mates, or a bake-off, every event helps raise funds and awareness for people with disability. The more you host, the bigger your impact!
