Do I Need to Do All 100 Sit-Ups Each Day?

Every sit-up counts, whether it’s 10 or you are tackling the full 100 daily! Take part at your own pace and ability—what matters most is that you are participating and helping raise awareness for people with disability.

Do I Have to Do Traditional Sit-Ups?

Not at all! You can mix it up with, seated exercises, or any fun core-based exercise that works for you. The goal is to get moving, have fun, and raise awareness for people with disability. The more you move, the bigger the impact.

Is There a Registration Fee?

Registration is free! You can sign up here, however, we’d love for you to fundraise as you participate to support people with disability.

Can I Get Help During the Challenge?

Yes, we have got you covered every step of the way! Once registered, you can join our Facebook group to connect with a fun, supportive community for tons of encouragement and inspiration and you will have access to a resources tab packed with easy ways to share the challenge on social media or at work. And don’t hesitate to reach out to our fundraising team, events@endeavour.com.au, if you need help or have any questions.

If you don’t have Facebook, no problem! Stay in the loop by subscribing to our email updates, where we’ll send you daily sit-up counts and stats every morning throughout March.

Is My Donation Tax-Deductible?

Yes! Any donation of $2 or more is tax-deductible. You or anyone who donates will receive a receipt via email, so you don’t need to worry about this at tax time. It's a win-win!

Where Does the Money Go?

When you raise funds through the Endeavour Foundation Sit-Up Challenge, you are directly helping create life-changing opportunities for people with disability! Your support fuels unfunded work and equipment to provide opportunities for people with disability to learn life skills, live independently, find a job they love, and be actively involved in their local communities.

Here’s how your funds make a real impact:

  • Supported Employment: We help people with disability discover their potential with job training and meaningful employment, so they can support to their communities and achieve their dream jobs.
  • Education and Skills Development: Your support helps provide personalised programs to teach essential skills to people with disability – whether it’s life or work-based skills so they can live more independently.
  • Community and Social Inclusion: We create fun, engaging activities that bring people together, helping them build social connections, make new friends, and feel the confidence to participate within their communities.
