Do I need to do all 100 Sit-Ups each day?
Every sit-up counts, whether it’s 10 or you are tackling the full 100 daily! Take part at your own pace and ability—what matters most is that you are participating and helping raise awareness for people with disability.
You can even break it up throughout the day—do a few in the morning, afternoon, and evening!
Do I have to do traditional sit-ups?
Not at all! You can mix it up with crunches, seated exercises, or any fun core-based exercise that works for you. The goal is to get moving, have fun, and raise awareness for people with disability. The more you move, the bigger the impact.
This challenge is open to everyone, no matter your ability!
Is there a registration fee?
Registration is free! You can sign up here, however, we would love for you to fundraise as you participate to support people with disability.
