FAQ's
Do I Need to Do All 75 Sit-Ups Each Day?
The number 75 represents Endeavour Foundation’s 75 years of standing alongside people with disability, years of progress, resilience and change. Every sit-up is a small way of honouring that history and helping carry it forward.
You can move at your own pace, adapt the challenge to your ability, or break your sit-ups into smaller moments throughout the day. This challenge is about commitment, care and community, not pushing beyond your limits.
Together, those small efforts add up to something powerful.
Do I Have to Do Traditional Sit-Ups?
Not at all! You can mix it up with crunches, seated exercises, or any fun core-based exercise that works for you. The goal is to get moving, have fun, and raise awareness for people with disability. The more you move, the bigger the impact.
This challenge is open to everyone, no matter your ability!
Is There a Registration Fee?
Registration is free! You can sign up here, however, we’d love for you to fundraise as you participate to support people with disability.

Where Does the Money Go?
When you raise funds through the Endeavour Foundation Sit-Up Challenge help ensure people with intellectual disability are seen, supported and included in everyday life.
Your fundraising helps remove barriers and create opportunities so people can be safe, build confidence and independence, access meaningful work, and feel recognised as valued members of their communities.
Every dollar contributes to creating a more inclusive future, where people with intellectual disability are not overlooked, but supported to live with dignity, choice and connection.
