Your donation this tax time will create spaces where you can feel, see, and hear the impact you're making
Multisensory rooms provide gentle sensory stimulation that helps to increase concentration and focus, promote mental and physical relaxation, offer a sense of security and calmness, and process overwhelming thoughts and feelings.
We're on a mission to raise $100,000 to build multisensory spaces right across the country - and we need your help.
Our existing multisensory rooms have shown real benefits, helping with sensory development, reducing anxiety, and enhancing the overall day-to-day wellbeing of our clients and supported employees.
We now want to roll these out to as many sites and hubs as we can, so that hundreds more people with disability can benefit from this incredible resource.
With your support, we can make that happen!
Take a tour with Ellie
Hi, my name is Ellie! I am a client at Bowen Hills Learning and Lifestyle hub. I absolutely love coming to the hub every week and spending time with my friends. I get to take part in lots of fun classes and activities; my favourites are Morning Melodies (where we get to dance and sing together), drama class, bowling, computer class and communication class.
We got our multisensory room only a few months ago, and I am so happy that we now have it at the hub. I use the multisensory room every week, and it makes me so happy to have a space like this. I think every location should have one, so that everyone gets to have the same experience that I do.
Let me take you on a tour of our multisensory room!
