Sit-Up Challenge

I'm taking part in the Sit Up Challenge - and I need your support!

This March, I’ll be putting my core to the test in the Sit-Up Challenge to raise funds for the Endeavour Foundation.

Every dollar I raise and every sit-up I complete will help create greater opportunities for people with disability.

This challenge isn’t just about getting in shape — it’s about making a real difference. Your support will help fund vital services and technology, enabling people with disability to live their best lives. It will also power essential social and employment programs that help people work, learn, and thrive.

Please chip in to keep our fundraising growing strong!

Thank you so much for your support. You’re amazing.

Best View Ever! 🎉

Saturday 8th Mar

I may just win the prize for the most amazing view while crushing my situps.....

🌟 Here’s why today matters:

Did you know that 13.9% of Australians aged 15–24 are living with a disability? (ABS, 2022) That’s a huge jump from 9.3% in 2018 -this increase shows just how crucial it is to provide targeted support to help young people with disability thrive in all aspects of life: education, employment, and beyond.

Meet My Mate Eden

Monday 24th Feb
I first met Eden when Rob was playing the Easter Bunny. He was sitting with my hairdresser and for those that know me.... know that i LOVE my hairdresser.

Eden is a fixture around the Cove; he walks with me when I take the dog for a walk. We have shared time on Fridays in the park, and he often comes in to say hello and give us all his latest news while I am getting my colour refreshed.

Eden rocks. Do you know what else rocks?
The Endeavour Foundation and the amazing work that they do.

Come along for the journey and throw me a couple of $s to encourage me this March.

Your generous donations go towards supporting my mate Eden, amongst thousands of other individuals living life to the fullest thanks to The Endeavour Foundation's Learning and Lifestyle Hubs scattered around QLD and NSW

Practice Practice Practice

Thursday 13th Feb
Training for this challenge has come in fits and starts due to my immune challenges hampering my recovery from the common cold.

Why not send a bit of love my way, cheer me on form the sidelines and donate a couple of $ to this amazing cause.

Who is Endeavour Foundation?

Founded in Brisbane in 1951, Endeavour Foundation is an independent, for-purpose organisation renowned for empowering people with disability to live their best lives.

They do this by offering the best in support and services that have an immediate impact.

These include:

    Quality disability accommodation.
    Outstanding living supports.
Leading social and community participation supports.
Access to our popular Learning and Lifestyle hubs.
    Defined employment pathways.
Business Solutions with a social conscience.

This is a charity close to my heart after all you beautiful people joined us to raise over $24,000 when we walked the Larapinta Trail in 2022.

Why not join us again with your words of support and encouragement?

Help Me Get Some Awesome New Gear!

Wednesday 22nd Jan

What’s a challenge without a little reward?

The Endeavour Foundation are thrilled to share limited-edition rewards to keep me motivated throughout March as I complete 100 sit-ups a day (or core-based exercises) to support people with disability.

Here’s the best part: Every dollar you donate to this amazing cause brings you closer to reducing your taxable income. Plus, it helps me unlock incredible branded merchandise, and each milestone I reach makes a huge difference in the lives of people with disabilities.

Help Me Earn Rewards While Making an Impact

Because who doesn’t love a little extra motivation?

  • $50: Fitness Towel (helps me cool down when I work out).
  • $150: Exclusive Event Tee (because I need to look good while I crush those sit-ups!)
  • $275: Insulated Drink Bottle (So I stay cool under pressure).
  • $500: Stylish Duffle Bag (My ultimate workout sidekick).
  • $700: Cosy Event Hoodie (because I am awesome and I live in a hot climate so I  will give it away to the person that makes the largest donation)

New Year = New Challenge

Tuesday 14th Jan
Each year, I walk, hike, or challenge myself to raise much-needed funds and awareness for a good cause.... It has been a few years since this charity, close to my heart, was mentioned, but they have not given up investing in equality and inclusion for those with a disability. 💗

All that is about to change.... so join me as I core crunch, sit up and plank my way through March.

I will be sharing my journey and information about the Endeavour Foundation as I go and encourage you all; if you are not in a position to support them with a few additional dollars to reduce your taxable income, please spread the word and share my posts.
