At Endeavour Foundation, we have one clear aim: to support people with disability to make their possibilities a reality.
Your donation today can help remove the barriers that prevent people with disability from living full, fair, and independent lives. From housing, to employment, vibrant community programs — your support creates opportunities and empowers people with disability to write the next chapter in their lives.
Behind every donation is a story of possibility — and with your generosity, we can build a more inclusive Australia together.

Together we can remove the obstacles preventing people with disability from living full, fair, and independence lives. Each year we support:
over 1,100 people to live independently
more than 950 people through skill-building and inclusion programs
over 1,780 people through supported employment
Your gift makes an incredible difference.
With your help, we can provide safe and supportive homes, open up opportunities to learn new skills and gain employment, and create inclusive spaces where people can connect, grow in confidence, and thrive in their community.
Every donation helps open doors so people with disability can live life on their own terms.
Behind every donation is a story of possibility...
Lucas
Over the past 11 years, Lucas has been able to pursue opportunities that help him shape his own path and achieve his goals.
"The opportunities I've been given have allowed me to pursue goals I never imagined for myself 10 years ago."
Through experiences like speaking at Parliament House, appearing on TV and radio, and serving as an ambassador, Lucas has grown in confidence, independence, and impact — continuing to live life on his terms.
Ellie
Ellie has been able to explore her skills and take control of her wellbeing at the Bowen Hills Learning and Lifestyle hub.
"One of the things I love the most about the multisensory room is that I can choose to use it in the way that suits me best."
Your support can help bring more multisensory rooms to communities across the country, giving people with disability spaces to learn, relax, and thrive.
Maddy
Maddy is developing the skills she needs to pursue her dream of working in a coffee shop. Driven by her passion, she initiated the café room at the Labrador Learning and Lifestyle hub, giving herself and others the chance to gain hands-on barista and customer service experience.
"Helping people is what I want to do, I think it’s special," Maddy says.
With her determination, she’s driving her own path to independence and a career she loves.
"Coles were absolutely surprised at the volume of work we got through because they had people without disability doing that previously. We went in and we were pretty much doubling the volumes that they were getting previously."
