Est .1951 By Endeavour Foundation’ Café has operated as a social enterprise since December 2025, providing café services to Support Centre employees and visitors and achieving a 5-star food safety rating from council. The café employs five people with disability, offering hands-on experience in customer service, cash handling, point-of-sale transactions, food preparation, food safety and barista skills, while also catering onsite events. Through a real-world work environment, team members build confidence, develop valuable workplace skills and create pathways to future employment.

Since 1968, Townsville Social Enterprise has provided ongoing supported employment opportunities for people with disability, creating pathways to meaningful work and skill development. The site delivers a diverse range of commercial services, including stake peg manufacturing, metal fabrication, e-waste recycling, document destruction, packaging, light assembly, mailing and collating, cleaning cloth production, and materials recovery for mattresses and fertiliser bags. Through these operations, employees gain valuable workplace experience while contributing to real business outcomes and their local community.

Manildra Group is a world-class advanced manufacturer of premium Australian food and industrial products and is proudly 100 per cent Australian owned.

Since 2024, Manildra Group has partnered with our Thomastown Disability Social Enterprise, providing valuable packaging solutions work. What began with packaging pancake mix products for national distribution has since expanded to include two additional product lines. Through this ongoing partnership, Manildra Group has provided consistent and meaningful employment opportunities for people with disability.

Founded in Australia in 2005 by Craig Jones, MooGoo now offers more than 40 products for a range of skin and scalp needs, including sensitive skin, itchy scalps, sun care and baby care.

For more than six years, our teams have partnered with MooGoo to provide packing solutions at our Burleigh Heads Disability Employment Services site. From labelling lipsticks and reboxing products to assembling Christmas, Mother’s Day and promotional campaign kits, this work creates meaningful employment opportunities for more than 54 employees while building valuable skills, teamwork and confidence. Together, we help prepare MooGoo products for customers across Australia and around the world.

Business owner and passionate fundraiser Amanda has been part of the Rally Family since 2018. Through Kenny’s Angels Rally Team, she brings people together through golf days, paint and sip nights, and musical bingo events, all while raising funds and increasing awareness of Endeavour Foundation’s work. Most recently, Amanda published her first children’s picture book, with 100% of proceeds donated to Endeavour Foundation. Dream Big, Little One celebrates seven people with intellectual disability who have followed their passions and built lives full of purpose and possibility. Their stories include sporting achievements, artistic success, musical talent, community contribution and extraordinary adventures. This heartfelt initiative raises funds while amplifying the achievements of people with intellectual disability and aligning beautifully with our mission.

For more than 20 years, Lyn and Bobbie Brazil of The Brazil Family Foundation have generously supported Endeavour Foundation through significant funding and major gifts, helping advance our mission and create opportunities for people with disability.

Based in Southern Queensland, their support focuses on initiatives benefiting the local community. Their most recent gift enabled the build of a purpose-designed pet treat packing facility at our Toowoomba Disability Social Enterprise site. The facility has increased packing capacity fourfold, supports continued growth and can accommodate up to 18 additional employees with intellectual disability.

Komatsu is a leading manufacturer of construction, mining, forestry and industrial heavy equipment. Its association with Endeavour Foundation spans more than a decade and includes engaging our social enterprises as a commercial partner to clean and repackage KOWA (Komatsu Oil Wear Analysis) kits, which covers sampling and analysis of all types of oils and lubricants, diesel fuel and coolants, as well as supporting the Great Endeavour Rally. Through their own apprenticeship program, Komatsu uses the Rally to provide its mechanics with valuable real-world experience, assisting teams and helping keep them on the road. Komatsu also enters its own Rally teams, which have raised significant funds over the years. Komatsu’s continued advocacy and visible support have strengthened community awareness, fostered valuable connections and helped advance our shared commitment to creating opportunities for people with disability.

Rapid Media is a digital and creative solutions agency that provides Endeavour Foundation Lotteries with substantial in-kind media and marketing support. Their expertise helps extend the reach of Endeavour Lotteries’ prize home campaigns, enabling more people to discover our work and support our lotteries.

Through monthly lunch-and-learn sessions, Rapid Media supports Endeavour’s marketing teams to build their skills and knowledge, access creative guidance and stay informed about market trends and approaches. Rapid Media also helps identify and secure charitable media partnerships, delivering significant cost savings and enabling more funds to support people with intellectual disability to achieve their goals.

Bundaberg Brewed Drinks is a passionate, family-owned Australian business that has been brewing premium non-alcoholic beverages in Bundaberg since the 1960s. Its enduring partnership with Endeavour Foundation spans more than 10 years.

Through commissioned packing work from Endeavour Foundation’s Bundaberg Disability Social Enterprise, Bundaberg Brewed Drinks supports meaningful employment that builds workplace skills, independence and social connection. Its ongoing donations of craft beverages for programs and events help people supported by Endeavour Foundation participate in community celebrations and everyday activities. Business support for the Foundation’s social enterprise also provides real-world business experience, building confidence and empowering people with disability as valued contributors to the local economy.

RESINC Solar & Batteries are a Social Enterprise helping homes, businesses, community organisations, and more tackle their electricity bills through the power of renewable energy.

Their partnership with Endeavour Foundation is focused on creating long-term impact, extending beyond a one-off contribution. Over recent years, RESINC's financial and in-kind support has strengthened in many meaningful ways. This includes supporting the Great Endeavour Rally, providing matched grant funding for solar panels at our Kingaroy Kitchen, and donating a complete solar, battery and EV charger package for our Anniversary prize home in Maleny. RESINC has also committed to providing an upgraded solar and battery solution for our upcoming Lotteries Prize Homes, continuing its valued support of our mission.

For more than 40 years, Transport Field Service (TFS) has been a trusted provider of repairs, spare parts and accessories to the transport industry. Managing Director and owner, Geoff Lang has owned the business since 2008. Since 2016, Geoff and his team have proudly supported Endeavour Foundation by donating their time and a tow truck to the Great Endeavour Rally, helping rally teams stay on the road.

Through this long-standing partnership, TFS has saved Endeavour Foundation tens of thousands of dollars in towing costs each year, while also supporting fundraising activities. Their generosity and commitment continue to make a meaningful difference in helping Endeavour Foundation make possibilities a reality.

Alex and Sam's lifelong friendship is a shining example of inclusion, independence and belonging. Best mates since their school days, the pair have grown together through the opportunities and support available at Endeavour Foundation's Lawnton Learning & Lifestyle hub, building confidence, skills and stronger connections within their community.

Their journey reflects what is possible when people are empowered to pursue their goals and live life on their own terms. Today, Alex is thriving in his own home through Endeavour Foundation's My Home My Life initiative, while Sam continues to grow in confidence and embrace new opportunities.

Greg Bonyhady is a passionate advocate whose leadership and lived experience are driving positive change for people with intellectual and physical disabilities. Respected for championing inclusion and empowering others, Greg was nominated by his peers at Endeavour Foundation’s Kew social enterprise to attend our inaugural Self-Advocacy Conference. As a peer mentor, Digital Champion with Down Syndrome Australia, and active contributor to advocacy initiatives, he uses his voice to educate, inspire and influence. At the conference, Greg delivered a powerful presentation that encouraged delegates to become stronger advocates for themselves and their communities.

After nearly 30 years in supported employment, Jeffery took the exciting step into mainstream employment, proving that new opportunities can be embraced at any stage of life. In November 2025, he joined Endeavour Foundation’s Recycle Shop at the Warwick Waste Facility, working alongside people of all abilities in his first inclusive mainstream role. Coinciding with National Recycling Week, the role provided opportunities to connect with customers from across the region. Demonstrating his commitment to continued growth, Jeffery is now completing a Certificate III in Retail to further develop his skills and expand his career opportunities.

Jenny’s journey is a remarkable example of the power of self-advocacy and leadership. After attending Endeavour Foundations inaugural self advocacy conference in November 2025 focused on building confidence, choice and control for people with intellectual disability, Jenny found the courage to step beyond her comfort zone and become a strong voice for issues that matter to her and others.

What began as a personal growth opportunity sparked a transformation. Jenny developed the confidence to speak up on social justice issues, advocate for quality supports, and take on leadership roles within Endeavour Foundation's Cannonvale hub, the Client Advisory Group, and the broader community.

Its dedicated spaces include a gym, relaxation room and onsite training café, supporting a range of interests, energy levels and preferences. Through the café, participants develop hospitality, customer service and workplace skills, supporting future employment. Creative and recreational programs include cooking, woodworking, fishing, macramé and sewing. The Thursday Sewing Group not only creates handmade projects but also makes and donates dementia blankets to local organisations. These activities encourage self-expression, confidence and community connection. Specialised men's and women's groups also provide welcoming spaces to build friendships and share interests.

Located just north of Brisbane, the Lawnton Learning and Lifestyle Hub is a welcoming place to connect with others, try new experiences and build on your strengths.

Its diverse program includes creative arts, drama, music, gardening, cooking, fitness, technology, sensory experiences, community outings and life skills. Signature events, including Christmas in July, Sports Day, Fun with Friends, Pet Parade, Funky Socks Day and the annual Haunted House, help people build friendships, confidence and community connections. The Drama Academy also supports performance, filmmaking, public speaking and creative expression.

At the Nambour Learning and Lifestyle Hub, people are welcomed into a relaxed, inclusive environment where every day brings opportunities to participate, build confidence and grow. Located close to the town centre, the hub is easily accessible and ideally positioned for community outings.

Recently, the Nambour Hub welcomed University of the Sunshine Coast paramedicine students for community placements. Through this experience, students observed how staff build respectful, person-centred relationships while supporting participation, independence and community engagement. The placement provided valuable insight into creating environments that foster belonging, choice and meaningful participation for people living with disability.

Set within the leafy surrounds of Wallace Park, Noosaville, the Hub has a relaxed, welcoming community feel. Many participants have attended for more than 20 years, reflecting the strong connections and sense of belonging fostered at the hub. Participants can explore their interests through programs including cooking, gardening, arts and crafts, music and karaoke, book club, Active Life, sailing and life skills. The “Getting to Know the Community” program builds connections with local clubs, businesses and community groups through regular visits, while welcoming organisations to the hub to share opportunities and create lasting relationships.
