Welcome to my Larapinta Adventure fundraising page

I’m participating in this trek to raise funds and awareness for Endeavour Foundation who help to provide opportunities for people with intellectual disability to live their best life and realise their dreams. 

In Australia:

  • One in five people have some form of disability
  • Over 35% of 8.9 million households include a person with a disability
  • Every two hours a child is diagnosed with an intellectual disability

Please help me to help Endeavour Foundation change the lives of some of our most marginalised and vulnerable Australians by giving whatever you can.

Lets make possibilities a reality for people with an intellectual disability. The impact of your support will provide opportunities to live their best life; from learning life skills, living independently, finding a job they love and being actively involved in their local communities. Through the generosity of supporters like you, Endeavour Foundation can provide services and support to more than 4,000 people across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.

Love at First Trek

Wednesday 10th Feb
For all my life I have been an outdoors person, playing soccer, socialising and travelling. During lockdown i was stressed and depressed and not being able to visit sickly loved ones overseas, I was strained and that weighed heavy on not just myself but my family too. Once the restrictions in NSW eased, I found this new hobby that has completely transformed my day to day life for better. Trekking! Since June 2020 I have trekked  at Bouddi National Park, Grand Canyon Walks in Blue Mountains, Coastal Caves - Central Coast,  Sublime Point - Wollongong, Dorrigo National Park - Coffs Harbour, Meringo - Batemans Bay...  the Main Range Walk upto Summit of Mount Kosciuszko - the highest mountain of Australia. Upcoming adventures are Jenolan Caves to Blue Mountains and the Larapinta Treks to support people with disability.
