- Trip date and time subject to yacht availability and suitable weather conditions.
- Cruise will commence approximately at 4pm nd end by 7pm.
- Prize will be taken within three months from date of raffle
- Prize is not transferable without prior approval.
- Bookings must be made 7 days or more in advance.

Entry in the Raffle is open to all Australian citizens and foreign persons (a foreign person being as defined within the Foreign Acquisition and Takeovers Act 1975 (Cth) (“the Act”) who are at least 18 years old.
