I'm taking part in the Sit Up Challenge - and I need your support!
Last year I ran 100km in a month to raise money for people with disability.
This year… I’ve decided to suffer differently. 😅
To celebrate 75 years of the Endeavour Foundation, I’m taking on the Sit-Up Challenge — 75 sit-ups every day for the month of May.
Working in the disability sector for over 6 years, first in support work and now as a job coach helping people build skills and find employment, I’ve seen firsthand how the right support can change someone’s life — opening doors to independence, confidence, and opportunity.
That’s why this challenge means a lot to me.
If you’re able to donate, even $5 or $10, it genuinely helps and adds up quickly. And if you can’t donate, sharing the post would mean just as much.
Every dollar raised helps support programs, services, and opportunities for people with disability.
75 sit-ups a day might hurt a little… but it’s nothing compared to the impact the right support can have on someone’s life.
Thanks for helping make every sit-up count.
