This May, I’m taking on the Sit-Up Challenge to celebrate 75 years of the Endeavour Foundation and raise funds for people with disability.
Taking on this sit-up challenge to support disabilities is deeply personal for me, as someone who's faced these struggles firsthand for years. Each rep isn't just about physical strength; it's a symbol of resilience, empathy, and solidarity with those who navigate similar challenges every day. By pushing our limits, we're not only raising funds but also fostering a community of understanding and support.
