My target 2325 Sit-ups

I'm taking part in the Sit Up Challenge - and I need your support!

This May, I’m taking on the Sit-Up Challenge to celebrate 75 years of the Endeavour Foundation and raise funds for people with disability.

Every sit-up I do and every dollar raised isn’t just about fitness, it’s about continuing a legacy. For 75 years, the Endeavour Foundation has been creating opportunities, breaking down barriers, and helping people with disability live their best lives.

Your support will help fund vital services, technology, and programs that help people with disability to be seenĀ today and for the next 75 years.

Please join me in keeping this legacy strong. Every contribution, big or small, makes a real difference.

Thank you for helping me make every sit-up count, and for supporting a movement that has changed lives for decades.

My Updates

No six-pack in sight but financial goal achieved 🤣

Wednesday 27th May
Only 5 more days of fundraising to go! šŸ’ŖšŸ˜Š

With 1,381 sit-ups under my belt, I’ve been patiently waiting for my new six-pack and toned belly. Surely that should’ve been my reward for all this fundraising?! šŸ˜‚

But according to Google AI… tough luck. Apparently, your body gets used to sit-ups, stops burning fat, and refuses to hand over the six-pack. So basically, I’ve just become extremely good at sit-ups šŸ˜…

And good at them I am — 150 sit-ups tonight after a lovely girls’ night out watching Devil Wears Prada 2.Ā

If you’re feeling generous, please consider supporting Endeavour Foundation and their tireless work helping people with disabilities live normal, meaningful, and independent lives ā¤ļø

Life changing work

Saturday 16th May
There are so many fundraisers around these days, it can be hard to choose who to support. šŸ’™

When I visited Endeavour Foundation in Brisbane, we toured their e-waste recycling plant, second-hand shop and manufacturing workshop. People were making gutter components and other sheet metal materials by hand — cutting, shaping and bending them with incredible care and precision.

The work itself was repetitive, but I honestly don’t think I’ve ever seen people more proud of what they were doing. Everyone was excited to explain their role and show what they had made. The workspaces were immaculate, and there was such a strong sense of purpose and pride in being part of something meaningful.

It really highlighted how much Endeavour Foundation changes lives — creating opportunities, independence, community and genuine job satisfaction for people with disabilities. ✨

So far, only **1002 people** have signed up to support the fundraiser, raising **$40,663** together. Every single donation helps, and even a few dollars collectively can make a huge difference.

šŸ’Ŗ 15 more days to go!

If you’re able to support the cause, I’d really appreciate it.

Why this challenge?

Friday 1st May

Last month, I had the opportunity to visit Endeavour Foundation in Brisbane and see firsthand the difference they make in the lives of people with disability.

People with disability want what we all do — to be part of society, contribute to their communities and have control over their lives. Endeavour Foundation helps make that possible every day.

That’s why I’ve decided to get some exercise under my belt (pun intended!) and raise funds to support their incredible work 🌻

If you’re able to, I’d really appreciate your support — every donation, big or small, makes a genuine difference.

Thank you so much šŸ’›
