My target 75 Sit-ups

I'm taking part in the Sit Up Challenge - and I need your support!

This May, I’m taking on the Sit-Up Challenge to celebrate 75 years of the Endeavour Foundation and raise funds for people with disability.

Every sit-up I do and every dollar I contribute isn’t just about fitness—it’s about recognising and supporting something bigger than myself.

For 75 years, the Endeavour Foundation has been creating opportunities, breaking down barriers, and helping people with disability live fuller, more independent lives. That kind of impact doesn’t happen overnight, and it doesn’t continue without effort.

This challenge is my way of contributing to that legacy. I’m not asking for donations—this is something I’m committing to personally—but I do want to help raise awareness for an organisation that genuinely changes lives. There are people out there facing challenges most of us never have to think about, and organisations like Endeavour Foundation play a huge role in making their lives better.

The 75 sit-ups a day is a reminder to myself of the effort required—not just for me to stay consistent, but of the ongoing work needed to support those who rely on these services every day.

If nothing else, I hope this encourages you to learn a bit more about what Endeavour Foundation does and the difference they’ve made over the past 75 years—and will continue to make into the future.

Regards Greg

The Endeavour Foundation

Friday 8th May
---
I’ve decided to take on a simple but meaningful challenge: 75 sit-ups a day, every day for the month of May, as part of a fundraiser for Endeavour Foundation.
For me, this is about using something I can do—showing up each day and pushing myself physically—to support people who don’t always have the same opportunities or level of independence that I’m lucky to have. Endeavour Foundation supports people with disability to live, work, and participate in their communities, and that’s something I think deserves real backing.
There are a lot of people out there doing it tougher than I am. Whether it’s barriers to employment, daily support needs, or just not being given the same chances, it can make life a lot harder. I can’t fix all of that, but I can contribute in a small way—and this challenge is my way of doing that.
The 75 sit-ups a day might not sound huge, but sticking to it every day takes discipline, and it’s a reminder of why I’m doing this in the first place. Every rep is tied to raising awareness and funds for people who could really benefit from that support.
Im not asking for donations because I will donate what I’m trying to achieve, but I would like to create awareness of such a worthy cause.
