About the process

Thank you for nominating for the Growth Through Engagement Award. You are the nominator and the Learning and Lifestyle hub you are nominating is the nominee. 

To complete the nomination form you will need details (full name, email address and phone number) of a Manager or Supervisor based at the hub.

You will also need to include your details (full name, email address and phone number).

Please also make sure you have told the contact person that you are nominating the hub for this award. We will also send them an email when you finish the nomination.
