The Process

Thank you for nominating for the Results That Shine Award. You are the nominator and the site you are nominating is the nominee. 

To complete the nomination form you will need details (full name, email address and phone number) of a Manager, Supervisor or Employment Coach based at the site.

You will also need to include your details (full name, email address and phone number).

Please also make sure you have told the contact person that you are nominating the site for this award. We will also send them an email when you finish the nomination.

Helpful tips from the Judges

  • You need to answer all of the questions on the form
  • The questions have a word limit so please try to answer each question directly without adding too many extra words
  • Give specific examples that will help to demonstrate what you are saying

Meet Our 2025 Winner: Maryborough Cross Arm Mill

Endeavour Foundation's Maryborough Cross Arm Mill is a Disability Social Enterprise that produces around 47,000 timber crossarms annually, totalling over 5.8 million kilograms of timber, with offcuts repurposed into products like stakes and pallets. Employees gain valuable skills, preparing for mainstream employment while benefiting from the Endeavour Foundation’s support framework.

“This win is not only about our team, but everything we achieve together. In terms of providing support for people with disability, we are passionate about the pathways our employees take when with us from supported to mainstream employment; and for our employees with us now, I’m happy to say they too are excited for that next step,” Russell Shipp, Endeavour Foundation’s Maryborough Cross Arm Mill Site Manager.
