Sit Up Challenge - Team Update

Sit Up Challenge – Team Update 💪
We’re officially underway!
What started as a big call-out for participants has turned into a committed team of five—and what we may lack in numbers, we’re absolutely making up for in effort, energy, and accountability.
Day 1 set the tone with a strong start across the board. Early mornings, gym sessions, and plenty of core work already under our belts. There’s something pretty powerful about knowing others are showing up alongside you—even if everyone’s doing their reps at different times of the day.
The focus for our team isn’t just about hitting numbers—it’s about consistency, support, and pushing through on the days it feels tough. Every set of sit-ups completed is a step forward, and every check-in keeps us accountable.
To the team: keep showing up, keep putting in the effort, and don’t underestimate how much those small daily wins add up. Whether you’re smashing them out in one go or breaking them into sets across the day—it all counts.
And for anyone watching from the sidelines… it’s not too late to join in, even informally. Set your own target, follow along, and see where it takes you.
Let’s keep the momentum going—Day 1 started, plenty more to come! 🔥
We're taking part in the Sit Up Challenge - and we need your support!
This May, we’ll be putting our cores to work for the Sit-Up Challenge, all to raise funds for Endeavour Foundation.
Every sit-up we complete, and every dollar we raise, helps create real opportunities for people with disability to feel seen and included.
This challenge is more than a way to strengthen your core — it helps fund services, technology, and programs that let people with disability live their best lives. It also supports social and employment initiatives that help people learn, work, and thrive.
So please chip in, and keep our fundraising moving!
Thanks for your support — you’re absolutely awesome.
